Depending upon the heart condition and the severity he may be uninsurable. The only way for you to know which companies may accept him is to visit a local independent agent that works with all the major companies in your area. The agent can speak with the insurance company underwriters to determine if there is a chance before you spend the time to fill out the application. The agent can also explain the different plans offered from the different companies and find the best plan for your situation and budget. There is no extra charge when using an agent.
Well I can't think of any but Try Humana or Blue Cross Blue Shield but Without more information on what state I can't help you. I also doubt you will find one for under $ 100 especially with a heart condition might want to try the American Heart association also they might can guide you
Forget it, it doesn't exist. Most private plans that offer anything at all usefull are going to start at $300 plus and a more accurate figure is $700. Factore in a preexisiting condition and that coverage may never be available.
I'd recommend using http://My-InsuranceSearch.com/Health to compare rates for all the major providers in your area.
