I stubbed my toe on the kitchen table who should i sue ?!

Question: My somewhat beligarent elder servant took the morning off today as his sister is rather unwell(terrible inconvienience for myself) and the wife is tending to his duties,so i was forced to make my own tea this morning and stubbed my toe on the leg of the kitchen table, who should i sue as it is rather painful? I did notice there was an advertisment on the T.V at the time for M&S. shouldn't they take responsibility ?

sue the servant for sure!!

I think you're being a moron.

You should sue no one since it was completely your fault that you stubbed your toe.

its your fault u did it, just deal with the pain for a few days

You should sue your toe, for protruding and causing a health hazard. Had it NOT protruded, you would never have been injured.

Sue the wind and let the dust settle it!

Sue yourself for hitting YOUR toe on the side of the table...

get a good Jewish lawyer!!!

Are you kidding? I am sorry that your staff had to take a day off to tend to family, but your stubbing your toe does not entitle you to sue anyone b/c you had to make your tea. You need to watch were you are going or try wearing house shoes that would mediate any contact your toes would have with any objects that you aren't used to walking around. If I were the judge trying this frivolous case ... if it even made it to court I would throw the case out!!! It's not the workers fault nor the the kitchen tables...

'Sue' the DUMMY who put the table there in the first place, I wonder.....WHO would that be lol...lol....
Try going back to Bed and start over!

ha ha ha,sue yourself for being stupid.

You are kidding right, sue yourself for it was your fault.
