Legs Frequently Ache?!

Question: For the past year or so my legs frequently ache at night. Nothing seems to help except a really hot bath, but even then it seems to ache again. I'm only 28, have a desk job, and no health problems that I'm aware of. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, any advice?

Sounds like you have restless leg syndrome. It's where your legs want to keep moving even when you're trying to sleep. You will also notice that you have had a good 8 hour sleep and still feel unrested. That is because you are tossing your legs around while you are sleeping therefore not getting all the rest you really need! There is a medication out that can help,so I would talk to your dr. Good luck!
