Hi, I drink a tea made from Organic Apple Cider Vinegar and a LOCAL honey, it really does help. A honey that is local to your area has the pollens in it and for some reason it does help with allergies. Use 1 - 2 Tablespoons vinegar to 1-2 TBls honey in a coffee cup of hot water, each morning. I also found using a saline nose spray and a netti pot to wash out my nose really helps also, I haven't gotten a sinus infection since I started doing that 2 years ago. hope this helps. Good luck!
Try eating as many local foods as possible, that can help. You can build up a resistance to local pollens and dust that way. Honey is great for that.
