Sinus or ear infection?!

Question: I was seen a month ago because I could hear the ocean in my ears (fluid). The practioner took a look and said it was ok and gave me claritin. I started getting dizzy when I turned my head and now I started to catch myself doing it even more. 4 days ago I started getting really bad headaches. I usually never get headaches without knowing a cause. It feels like i could take a pick to my head and let the pressure out. I don't have a runny nose but get flushed in my face, and nausea almost constantly now. I lost my appetite but i think its because of a general sick feeling. I also have tighteness on my chest like someone is sitting on it. I'm 25 so no heart problems in the family. I think this is seperate...but maybe related to congestion. Any one with similiar symptoms?

The ears and sinuses usually affect each other. Try Dramamine less drowsy formula for the dizziness and to dry up your ears. Two pills for the first dose and one every 24 hours after that for at least a week. Rinse your sinuses at least twice a day with saline nasal spray. Continue to do this after you feel better. Ginger tea will help the nausea. Take ibuprofen for the pain and make sure you are drinking at least two quarts of water a day. Sudafed will help relieve the sinus congestion. Get the non drying kind that contains an expectorant. It will help your sinuses and chest congestion.
