I don't know what lexapro is--but I have taken it with the others---but you might check the bottle for warnings!! or call your pharmacist

I would not ask such a serious question on here -- I'd call the pharmacist instead (because there are people on here who don't really know and you won't know for sure if they know) -- ya know what I mean? You can call a pharmacist about anything to do with mixing meds......they know more about meds than doctors do. I'm serious.
