I would go see a doctor. It may not have anything to do with your trip to India at all. Men can get breast cancer. This may not be your problem at all but it is better to be safe than sorry. Hope all turns out well.

Did you have sex with an Indian girl when you went to India? Indian girls don't take bath and they are dirty. That's why u have this bump. or May be you have breast cancer.
It's VERY important for you to get advise from your doctor, not someone on this site. Bumps/lumps need to be evaluated.
