I find it really hard to get to sleep on Sunday nights. what shall I do?!


Question: For some reason, I can never get to sleep on Sunday nights. I don't know why! I'm never worried about school or anything but I just can never get to sleep. I'm always really tired on Monday because I usually get to sleep the night before at 12:00 because I can never get to sleep!!!! I have to get up at 6:30! :(
Has anyone got any good tips on how to get to sleep if you can't? I have tried everything but nothing seems to work well! :(

you should go to the doctors and get it checked out cause you probably have a sleeping disorder.
but you said only Sunday right?
so maybe that's not it.
hmm, do you sleep well the night before?
do you think about too much when your about to sleep that Sunday?
try warm milk. milk has some ingredients proven to help fall asleep easier and the warm helps too.
Do not try any sleeping pills because you'll grow dependency on them and thats not good.
Try relaxing. listen to waves or waterfalls or the ocean, buy a CD on those sounds..

maybe try a bath before bed? a hot drink.. ermm reading?

dont worry about that you cant sleep.. because if you worry about it, it makes u more awake and its like a circle lol

stop staying up late on Friday and Saturday, it will help you keep on schedule for sleeping.

Try using sleeping pills like benadryll or something else. Try to get less sleep on saturday so you are tired on sunday. Go to bed really early like at 9 and maybe you will fall asleep by 10 or 11.
