Waking up on time?!

Question: OK so for the past 4 days, i've been out of school with the flu, and have been waking up at around 11ish every morning, when i usually wake up at 5:30 to get to school. And even now, i cant get to sleep!

so the problem is, i live about 2 hours from my JFK airport. Im going away and my flight is at 10:00 AM on monday. so, me and my family were going to wake up at 5-5:30ish, and then leave the house at 6. my question is, do u think we will wake up on time? and will we get there on time? if not, any recomendations?

Set a really loud alarm clock. and keep telling yourself out loud, like 20 times that you will be waking up at 5:00 and go to bed early. your biological clock with the alarm clock will really work.

use an alarm clock

Put your alarm clock a little farther away than usual, not like so far away you won't hear it, I mean like if it is by your head on a nightstand, maybe put it at the foot of your bed on another table, so you have to actually get up to get it. Also, like one other person said, if you tell yourself to get up early, over and over, you will! If I know I have to get up early for something (not like work, but something different) I end up waking up sometimes before the alarm goes off just cause somewhere deep in my noggin I have a fear of oversleeping.
Plus, if it is a bunch of you getting up for the airport, not everyone is gonna oversleep! Whoever gets up first will make sure everyone else gets up! Just have everything ready the night before so you don't have to worry about what to wear the next morning. Have fun wherever your goin!
