What is the best to do for a broken heel?!

Question: wrap it, stay off it. If you can swimming is good as long as your not standing on the bottom or kicking off the way, exersize, without wieght bearing, is amazing for healling bones.

I assume you have already seen a doctor, so i'm not going to suggest that.

a doctor might help i'm just guessing though.

Just give him a couple of quid, and hope he goes away.

If its what I think it might be, you need to get the bone reset as soon as possible! It could cripple you, otherwise!

They had to put me under, when I did mine.

Get yourself to hospital - if you haven't already. Other than that, bed rest and as suggested above, swimming is always good.

I am assuming you had had an x-ray to determine that you have fractured a bone in your heel, if so, it should be in plaster by now and you need to rest it. If you havn't had it x-rayed then that is the first course of action, there are so many bones in the feet (26) and they can easily be damaged. You need to get down to an A & E department soon as possible to get an assessment and a treatment regime, plus the correct pain relief. good luck.
