How long does weed stay in your system after you have quit smoking?!

Question: If you are worried about a drug test then give yourself 30 days from the last time you smoked to be absolutely sure that it won't show up on a urine test. Urine tests are the most common and cheapest.

Detection Period in Urine:
Single Use : 1-6 days
Weekly Use : 3-9 days
Daily Use : 7-30 days

Like I said before: To be absolutely sure, give yourself 30 days if possible, but if those two times were the first times in a few weeks or months then you might be fine.

Hair follicle tests are pretty uncommon, even government agencies typically only use urine tests. Hair tests generally take the most recent 1.5 inches of growth and use those for testing. That provides a detection period of about 90 days. If your hair is shorter than 1.5 inches, the detection period will be shorter.

As far as staying in your system, it's out of your blood in about 2-3 days after use in an infrequent user. Frequent use can be detected in the blood for about 2 weeks. Though, unless the blood work you spoke of is specifically for drug testing then you have nothing to worry about; they don't go randomly hunting for weed on regular blood work.

Some things you can try that aren't really proven are drinking lots of water, drinking lots of cranberry juice, and avoiding sodas. No guarantees that they will help, but they are cheap enough to try and might make you feel better than just sitting around biting your nails. =)

About 21 days.

average 3 weeks

About 30 days.

Depends on how much you smoke daily. It stays in your fat cells also.. On average though it stays in for about 30 days.

Depends on how heavy a smoker you were.

Casual =3 to 5 joints a week. about 4 to 7 days
Heavy =7 to 10 joints a week about 7 to 14 days
Chronic = 3 to 5 joints a day about 28 days.

One time I smoked and then drank a lot of water and rasberry juice for a week and passed =]

My friends would stop smoking about 2 to 3 weeks before the drug test. So I am guessing it stays in your system awhile. If your taking a random urine test I know my sister used to put a little bleach into it. ha dumb a** our father could tell she had messed with it! If it is a hair follicle test... I had a friends dad who was in a custody battle to get his kids... he shaved his ENTIRE body on the court day, head, eye brows, everything. It was hilarious. I mean come on.. if that doesn't give you away!

About a month sweet cheeks. =]
