Help, i'm vomiting and im soo tired but ican't sleep,?!
Question: Ok, as i'm writing this i'm on the verge of vomiting AGAIN, this is really fustrating because i had ate to much went to sleep for 2 hours, woke up vomiting vigourisly (mind spelling) and now i can't sleep. Its 4am im sick as hell tired as hell someone help me out. Im alone and i'm not thinking straight

sounds like food poisoning, if it's the flu you shouldn't have much trouble sleeping, it numbs your brain so bad you cant stay awake. i suggest that after you have barfed out all you can keep drinking water until you gotta use the bathroom, if it food poisoning that should help get it out, if not soda works well to relieve the nausea, clear sodas seem to work better because they have less sugar content, so something like sprite, 7-up, squirt, etc.
Call a doctor and ask him/her what to do or if you live near a doctor, go to to him/her.
Sleep in the bath room ..
