Does getting your tounge peaicered hurt real bad.?!
Question: Hello i am considering getting my tounge peairced and was just wondering if some one with there tounge done could tell me if it realy hurts.? all my friends say it will but none of them has got it done. PLEASE HELP ME.!

before you have it done, look at the underside of your tongue. if you have 2 veins running down the sides, youre good. if you have 1 down the middle, DONT GET IT DONE. you can have massive bleeding if that vein is punctured.
i had it done and i will say this: it hurt less than an ear. i felt the needle come out the bottom side, and it didnt tickle, but it wasnt bad. the real problem is the next 2 weeks, as your tongue will be swollen which will hinder eating and make you drool alot. drink lots of cold water, avoid dairy for at least 4 weeks, and dont forget to brush your stud as if it were a tooth (those things can stink up your mouth if youre not careful).
i didn't find that painful in the least. what did hurt was the time i broke a tooth with the ball. be careful with that!

dunno bout others, but when my friend had had hisbrow pierced he felt his entire body tingle, and he felt 'cold' and his eyes watered very mildly lmao.
if you put your mind on something else as the metal 'pierces' into your skin, or , the needle rather , it helps but you still feel the pain - its just helps and takes your mind slighty off the fact 'something is wounding you' .
just like in boxing, youre so focused on your opponent half hte pain from a good shot is nulled away by sheer adreniline and resolution to pull thru.
its just like bitting your toung.
it doesnt hurt that bad really its like i one second pinch and its over.
The first time i got it done it didnt hurt at all the piercer was real cool and he did it really quick. The second time man!... My eyes watered it hurt so bad (different piercer i think he had a attitude about something that day i should have just turned away in the first place lol).
What's really gonna hurt is the HEALING PROCESS which takes about a week of swelling. I recommend ice and motrin. This worked for me the second time around getting it pierced. If this is your first time you are gonna have to get used to eating because your tongue will be very swollen. They say dont use mouth wash but i used Crest Pro Health and it helped alot. Oh and, you may be tempted to take it out trust me you will have those days! But all around in about a week you'll be fine.

hell yes, it hurt worse than my penile piercing
it hurts when its pierced but it is real fast. the healing hurts alot. cause your tongue is a muscle. and when you move it to talk it will hurt to. but only for a week. i got mine doen in 2000. and i took it out cuase you will cip yout teeth on it and dont believe people when they say they didnt chip any cause you will and it hurts and is expensive to fix. its not worth it.
had mine done ten years ago now it doesn't hurt having it done its about 4 hour later when the swelling starts which lasts nearly a week and your best having plastic balls the metal ones damage the enamel on your teeth
