Infected graze/abrasion on face? :S?!

Question: On thursday night I fell over, hitting my head against the ground. Ended up with a popped lip and a few grazes.

Most noticable are a one on my chin and one just above my lip lip / below nose.

I bathed the cuts straight away and ive used salvon antiseptic cream on them twice, but i woke up this morning with the 2 on my face crusted over a yellowy colour... NOT GOOD! Does that sound like infection? It does feel a little tender, especially when i talk. I'm AVOIDING touching it, i dont want to make it worse :(

I'm panicking a bit, as I have college on monday and DO NOT want my face to be all infected, its really not a nice sight and im worried about scarring! The doctors here aren't open until tuesday, so thats not an option yet.

Any help please? :(

buy an over the counter antibacterial cream.put it on,but still see a dr asap.the yellow could be from a staph infection.my husband got it in a shaving cut once.its important to treat staph with antibiotics asap,as it can cause blood poisoning.everyone in the world has staph germs on their skin,it can enter a wound and make u really sick.so get some neosporin and dont 4get 2 c ur dr!
