I keep getting dizzy spells and headaches?!

Question: I'm 23, healthy (as far as I know) but for thepast few weeks I've been getting odd headaches and having dizzy spells every so often. This mornign when I woke up I felt REALLY BADLY like this and kept feeling I was going to be sick. I thought it was my eyes at first so I went for an exam but they're prefectly fine. What could it be?

Two things that you can do for yourself are 1. Check your blood pressure now and 30 minutes after a rest, and 2. Check if you do consume any different beverage, foods such as sugar substitute, or medications. Meanwhile, go to see another doctor for possible different thoughts for your condition. Good luck.

maybe you're prego

Sounds like you are pregnant?

go to the doctor

it could me a migraine, or pregnancy, see a GP

sounds like maybe your pregnant...

May be your iron level is low

Drink more water,

you could be dehydrated which causes headaches, and dizzy spells

i have the exactly the same thing, ive been to the doctor like 4 times, ive had skin allergy tests, blood tests and now a neurologist appointment this week, i also wear glasses but its not the problem. ill let you know how i go

im not pregnant either

You might be dehydrated

Ask your doctor. It could range from pregnancy to bad nutrition to a brain tumor.

it could be the fact that you're waiting for a baby

I think you have a head cold. It doesn't usually last that long. Check in with your doctor. Or look it up on google. Not on Yahoo, but google. I think you have a head cold. I had a head cold not too long ago, and I had the same symptoms as you.

Inner ear problem? Call your doctor.

Hmm you could be pregnant its usually the symptoms.
But best to go get checked out by a DR.

THIS IS SErIOUS . YOU SHOULDN"T LET IT PASS SEEK HELP IMMEDIATELY. no1 on this site can give you as good an answer as a doctor can, even if it sounds like a good answer. I suggest you make an appointment with your doctor as soon as possible. sorry i can't help. your doctor is more educated than any1 on yahoo.
XD

not pregnant are you?

That is the symptoms of AIDS. Sad but true. To bad for you.

Have you been recieving enough sleep lately?

Have you been using your computer more frequently?

Studing more frequently?

Have you been eating properly?

There are several factors that can cause migrane headaches that you have described..... Your best bet would be to get some Ibu Profin and see if it doesn't help.

Either your pregant or having some sort of head cold, consult your doctor a.s.a.p (as soon as possible)

You could have migraines hon. That is what I have and they didn't know it. Do you have sensitivity to light or sound? Make sure you check with your doctor...also, have you started taking an new meds? Could be a side effect of something. Hope this helps.
But, SEE YOUR DOCTOR SOON....

check your sugar....

kinda sounds like ur pregnant

but your blood sugar could be low too, which'd make sense if it's in the morning because obviously you wouldnt have eaten anything in a while. so it could be diabetes.

basically, make sure you're eating enough of the right stuff, and if that doesnt work, and you miss a period...well...i think then its the other answer.

good luck :)
xxx

and you cunsult Yahoo answers..I would think a doctor would be a better option.

Well, I found a way to stop the headaches, read my source, 'K!

If they say you're fine, I hope they looked in your ears and ruled out and ear infection, did a pregnancy and urine test (pregnant), did blood tests (anemia can cause headaches and dizziness). You didn't mention fever or headache so you don't have meningitis. Unless they do a CT Scan or MRI you can't rule out a brain mass (cancer) or aneurysm or massive bleed. After the CT/MRI they need to do a spinal tap to rule out small bleed or infection in the spinal fluids.

Pregnant? Ear Infection? Brain Mass/Aneurysm? Meningitis? Brain bleed/infection? Anemia? These are definatively tested for.

What is tested for by history (recurring sx's) is VERTIGO, ANXIETY, drug or alcohol use, MIGRAINE HEADACHES.

Worst case? Cancer. Or you could just be simply dehydrated. How often are you urinating? Is your urine dark or clear?

get yourself really good insurance, go to one doctor and one doctor only (no need for a second opinion and 2 doctors will only do the exact same thing for you, unless you're absolutely unsatisfied with the first). or go to the ER.

go see a doctor..... it could be nothing.... but better safe then sorry.
