Not in an emergency room it is illegal

no, not at a county hospital

Unfortunately, you can be denied health care anywhere in the US, whether you have insurance or not. Great system, ain't it?

I cant say for definate as I am actually from Ireland, but how it works here is that if you do not have insurance or the medical card you have to pay by cash at the time of your visit to your hospital. Of course if its an emergency and you dont have the cash on you they just send the bill to your home address and also to your GP. I wouldnt imagine though that any hospital would refuse to treat you if it was an emergency..

nope not if you go to the ER

Me and my wife have never been denied care in Florida, even though I have Medicare/aid, and my wife still has a year to go. And I've found it to be excellant care. Maybe if you try "Familys & Childrens Aid, you can get more information.

So,a few of things you are supposed to think.I have had good experience here.......http://health-insurance.expert-tip.info/...
