What muscle relaxants (no pain) are available without a prescription?!

Question: Shoulder has fine tremors after working out, sort of like "Alien"

Answers: Shoulder has fine tremors after working out, sort of like "Alien"

Hmmmm...I don't know of any OTC muscle relaxers, but your symptoms sound like your body is trying to tell you that you are over-working/using your shoulder, and perhaps just short of doing some serious injury to it.

You could try taking some OTC Ibuprofen 200MG. before you work out. It's an anti-inflammatory that may help. If you get a prescription for it a doctor will order 600MG or 800MG, every six-eight hours as needed, so the OTC brand can be taken three or four every six0eight hours as needed, but in your case, maybe an hour before you work out. Can't hurt to just try it, right?

Soaking in a full tub of Epsom Salts water after working out will take a lot of the soreness out of your whole body, as well.
It's cheap. too. When you are first filling the tub, pour about a 1/2 cup under the flow, and use all hot water to disolve it. Swish it around with something other than your hand, til it's dissolved. Continue filling the tub as full as you can, with a temp that is comfortably as warm as you can stand. Be sure to swish around any salts that haven't disolved.

Good luck, big guy! = ) Hope you feel better and get bigger!

Aleave, anything with Ibuprofen in it.

Try one of those magnetic hot patches.
No medication.

This is something that is somewhat normal as a result of working out. However, you could try taking benadryl (follow the directions on the box) as it has a muscle relaxing effect. It's sometimes prescibed after orthopedic surgery to help with muscle spasms. However when taking it, make sure you are staying well hydrated as it does tend to dehydrate you.
