PLEASE help 10 points?!


Question: how can i sprain my ankle bad enough so that i need cruches?? is there a certain way i can fall on it

i have no high heels or anything like that

no sarcastic answers please

it has to be easy enough so that i can do it in my room.

i have to do this because i get no sleep and all i dois run around ALLL dayy chassing all little kids!!

i have 11 other brothers and sisters me being the oldest and the youngest being 2 days old!!

PLEASE i need a break!!

1 jump down the stairs wirh your foot facing inwards
2 stand with your foot facing inward then lift up other leg
3 step in a hole
4jump off a wall with your leg facing inward
5 run with shoes on wrong feet
6 get some one to twist your foot round then yank it
7 fake it
8 put on a ice bag 30 mins then try one of the above
9 sit on it facing inward

Welllll lol you can do a cartwheel and land on wrong. Basically just twist you foot and fall on it HARD

Ah, the sprained ankle. Easy enough to fake, for awhile anyways. If you really want to sprain your ankle, it's really very easy. I've done it loads. You just have to jump off of something and land on your ankle wrong, twist it or something that goes against its natural movement, hard. Or else, you can always fake it, but like I said, after awhile it gets difficult.

hmm... well you can go on a run and be running up/down a hill and just fall and land on your ankle wrong, but you dont actualyl have to be going up or down a hill, just fall anywhere since no one will know the difference =)

If you need to get your parents attention, run away or do something else childish and petty - don't injure yourself on purpose - you could accidently do worse damage than you mean to, or even cause permanent damage that will affect the rest of your life - injury to growing bones, tendons, and muscles can be very serious.
Most parents that have large families have a religious reason for doing so - maybe you could talk to the minister at your church. What they are expecting of you isn't fair - you deserve some time for yourself so you can grow up at your own pace - but hurting yourself is not the answer

bend your ankle, so that your sole faces your medial side and jump from a height of about 20 cms..jump with weight on your both feet equally..this will do, and although, will cause much pain and may be some minor fracture..but you will love it..lol
important isnt how you get injured..u may even fake it, important is what you tell others how you got injured..have solid and natural reason..(i lost my balance on steps and landed on bent ankle..or i jumped down last few steps and landed unbalanced on bent ankle..)
dont cry too much if you fake it, or everyone will know..dont explain it over and over again and if no one asks..
