First of all, are you depressed? That is a sign of depression. Take a step back and look at the life you are living.

Is there anything you could change that would help you feel better?

Do you have time for a short nap in the afternoon?
Do you take vitamins now?

I know walmart sells a vitamin called stress tablet or something like that. They have 2 types and 1 is supposed to give you more energy.
How are your eating habits? If you eat more healthy, it should make your body feel better. Do you exercise? I know that it is hard to fit it in, but I always feel better when I exercise.

Try Iron tablets

I would reccomend just a simple multivitamin if you don't want to get something from a presciption or anything like that.

You're not sleeping enough. Yes, there is some variation on how much sleep a person needs a night, but the very bare minimum of that range is 7 hours....and most people need more than that. Try getting closer to 7-8 hours of sleep if possible (which I know, is tough, but if you're feeling drained and lazy, it sounds like you're also probably not being the most efficient and productive that you could be). If you're STILL feeling exhausted after sleeping well for a while--it takes time to catch up on lost sleep--then consider seeing a doctor.

well im no doctor, but i would say you could start with getting good rest, go to sleep early and most of all get your self a good bed. if your bed is not comfy, you will toss and turn all night and lose energy through the day. then drink plenty of water, and try to eat healthy food, also use doctor recommended vitamins. and if you still feel tired go to the doctor and get your self checked.

You can try a multivitamin but you know as well as I that what you need is rest. Your days are full to the millisecond! You must reconsider your schedule and see if there is anything that can be cut back on or cut out.
You've named the 3 major things that take up your time and energy.
1. work
2. school
3. toddler
The child cannot be cut out of your schedule and most likely can probably use a little MORE time :)
--- so looking at the work and school schedules -- is it a possibility that you could cut back on one? Part-time job or part-time school?

Highly recommend time management of your schedule in your daily activities a "ME TIME." I hear you saying you are pushing yourself mentally and physically. Over stressing the body will effect the body one way or the other.

Maybe ur over fatigued?

Be sure you drink vitamins.

And make time to sleep.

If you sleep 6 hours everyday, reserve one day, say Sunday on ur day off, to just sleep. An afternoon nap on a sunday for about 2-4 hours will help a lot.

But this will only help provided you are not going through some kind of depression. If you think you are, get some professional help.

Stay healthy and keep a positive outlook! Good luck!
