hair dryer' / use the warm air' to help in the pain control..
use 3% hydrogen peroxide' in the ears'...
tip head and put in the peroxide' / wait for the fizz' to stop... then repeat... / do other ear' too.. like the same..
NO more dairy ' anything' this is most of your problem to start with...
no surgar.... for a while'...
cut back on your breads'...
drink plain water' no more then 2 cups' per hour..
try to drink' 6 cup's for the day /
this is easy to do / thats like a cup' every 1.5 hours.
