Could this be growing pains?!

Question: im 17 years old and 6'3 and im experiences a stretching pain on the sides of my ribs and when i lay back it hurts to stretch back. its been happening for the past few days and im having trouble standing up straight since it aches alot

i had that i remember for 2 days last year.
its sorta like growing pains.
if your athletic then you just probably did something to yourself.
dont worry,
take some asprin, a hot bath and a heating pad and it should go away in a day or two.
