you did the best you can.maybe buy her some Polysporin cream for the wounds(its over the counter antibiotic cream).Just be there for her,and be a good listener.

Well if its really that deep you should take her to hospital shouldn't you?
So it doesn't become infected.
or use something like dettol on the skin (the one for cuts not for cleaning) so they don't become infected

You did good by cleaning it with soap and water. If the cuts are deep, you can get some butterfly bandages to put on it to help it heal together.

If the cuts are deep enough to need stitching, take her to the ER asap-- even if it's too late to stitch it they might be able to help.
If they cuts are only moderately deep, keep doing what you're doing: keep them clean. Washing gently with soap and water is good. Put on an antibacterial cream, like neosporin, and cover them with band-aids or gauze. Clean and covered.
Watch for infection: heat, pus, red lines extending away from the wound, more pain than there should be. Go to a doctor immediately if you notice any of those signs. Kayle might be reluctant to go since they're SH wounds, but GET HER THERE. Infections can move to the bloodstream and end up killing her.
