What is my forearm pain?!

Question: While doing hurdles, I caught on one of them and my whole body weight fell on my wrist with the palm facing the ground.

Now, after a whole week and a half, theres still alot of pain when i rotate my wrist and theres a lot of tingling pain in the center of my forearm.

What's wrong?

A sprained wrist should have started feeling better by now. The fact that it still hurts suggests something more than a sprain. I would recommend seeing your doctor and getting it X-Rayed. The tingling pain is a side-effect and indicates that there is still swelling in the wrist. It is causing pressure on the Median Nerve. That's Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

If there is a fracture, then a cast will be indicated. A fracture of the Navicular bone in the wrist is the most sever and can lead to long-term disability. So my advice is to get it X-rayed and get it taken care of.

Pretty much what was said above. Furthermore, I had fractured my radius and ulna (bones in the forearm) and experienced very similar symptoms.
