Its is REALLY unhealthy to get like a maximum of 4 horus of sleep. But you are like my mom. She has 2 jobs: night shift and a school bus driver.

She starts work at 11pm comes home at like 7:30 am and then for 15 minutes and makes my sisters and my lunch, then at 7:45 she leaves for her 2nd job and comes home at like 9 or 10ish. Then she cleans for about and 1hr or 2 and then goes to sleep. THEN she wakes up at 2:00pm and picks up the kids and drops them off and comes home at 4:00pm. Then when she comes home, she preparesa dinner and food and cleans a little more and goes to sleep at like 7, 8ish. Wakes up at 10:00 to get ready for her night shift, and leaves at 10:30. Think you have it hard?

get more exercise it will wake you up. and yes that's normal. however it's not at all healthy.

You need to go to the doctor, you can definitely have a sleeping problem

the more you sleep, the more u feel tired, so drink coffee and keep awake

Some persons naturally require more sleep than some. However sometimes there is a underlying medical condition that cause excessive sleeping such as thyroid issues, depression, or low blood sugar. I would get a through check up just to make sure everything medically is okay.

I'd check with a doctor that specializes in sleep disorders. This is not normal. There may be a part of your brain that is overactive in the sleep department. They will probably do a lot of testing first to determine that it isn't depression or diet or something like that. It may even take a few tries if they give you medication to figure out exactly what works best for you so be patient. Good luck !
