Band-aids aren't the best thing to put on burns because they can stick and pull off the top layer or two of skin-- burns are very fragile. Cover the burn completely with non-stick gauze and use medical tape to affix the gauze to the non-injured part of your leg.
Ice can actually make burns worse, so refrain from that. Run cool water over it if the pain is a "burning" type of pain. If it's just sore, neosporin can help.
If you wrapped it too tightly, that can be adding to the pain. Burns don't really need to be wrapped. Just having it covered should be good enough.

it's a second degree burn , what do you expect? the scar is just starting to heel, maybe you should take a higher dose of the pain reliever, use neosporin with the four active ingredients, one of the those four is a pain reliever.

Let it be aired out from time to time so it is able to heal. Keep it clean and use an antibacteril ointment to hellp prevent infection. There really isn't much else you can do...
