Answers: i tried almost everything but any other advice???

Cold packs the first day, then alternate hot packs and cold packs.

Heat pads or ice packs

What did you hurt? Use RICE Method. Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation. And also take some ani-inflammatory like ibuprofen, works great, Hope this helps if you haven't already used them all :)

what have you tried? ice works. Proping up the injury is good. Prop it as far away from the heart as possible.

Depends what it is which is swollen but following R.I.C.E is often very helpful in the early stages of injury.

Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation.

I'd recommend trying to keep the injured area (i.e. ankle) elevated as much as possible when not using it and make sure you are icing regularly with a bag of frozen peas wrapped in a tea towel for roughly 20 minutes. Ice causes vasoconstriction which helps decrease swelling. If the injury is acute, it can become swollen a lot, so make sure that you are icing the area regularly.

alternate heat and ice, but ice works best. lots of ice.
