My knees hurt really bad?!
Question: ok well i think theres two causes of this i went skining in west virginia i fell twice (badly) and the car ride was small space for 14 hours there and back.
my knees feel really weak when i put preasure on them it hurts under my knee cap(no bruses or any signs of swelling)

It might be your lingament. I suggest you have a check up before any future damages happens. I fell over once and I heard this pop. My knee really hurt and I couldn't walk. When I walked sometime my knee would feel really really weak and I'd fall. It feels like my bone arent connected. I never went to the doctor and I could walk properly however 6month later whilst running my knee went weak and i fell over and I ended up going to the hospital. I got my knee fixed and needed to have my leg straight for 2 weeks..however even now..when I walk my knee sometime pops and it hurts. I suggest you go to the doctor and check what's happening.
ok this one is fairly simple. the knees where not meant to be kept bent that long in a small space without some stretching out. the tendons and ligaments are overly stretched out and they are letting you know they didn't like that. Put some ice on them and take a couple of tylenol.
