Cheerleanding bow and arow?!
Question: ok so when i get against the wall my sister pushes my leg up into a bow and arow. (it doesnt hurt me.) but i cant hold it myself because when she lets me hold it my leg just falls down. should i work on my leg strength,flexibility,or my arm muscles? THANKS!

I think your prblem is balance. Here is what I do: I get on the edge of a chair (the arm) and do a stunt series. I do a lib, to a heel stretch, to a scorp then scale then back to a lib. I continue to do this because my balance is better!
