uh oh! DONT SNEEZE!!!
hehe.
and breeathe juust breathe<=== thats a song! hah

Well, stop holding your breath for a long amount of time. Thats my opinion.

1 - kinda stupid holding your breath overlong if you dont have to.
2 - the light headedness and fuzziness you are feeling from your cheeks upwards along with the pressure will go away soon enough. Probably feels like a headcold with a really stuffy nose. You are sitting up at a pc, lay down...

Don't worry...if you faint, you'll start breathing again on your own. Gotta love the body!

take a breath. all the symptoms will go away. BREATHE . you will die without breathing and you are killing brain cells.

WTF? Stop it!

go ahead and hold your breath, you will pass out and you will breathe again automatically. the brain is smarter then you
