Question: I work in a factory .. it started when i got a job doing alot of heavy repitivie lifting.. it started about a year ago .. I got a shot
for the tendinitis.. and had carpal tunnel surgery at the same time..i didnt go worker comp at the time.. the tendin itis is back.. and now the dr says i will have to have surgery for the tendenitis.. is it tom late to file workers comp?

Yes, I got a working cast on my wrist and went back to work the next day. Since the swelling went away, I have never had the problem back again.
