Wow! I sincerely feel sorry for you! I had a tetnus shot back in December...it FINALLY stopped hurting in January! But honestly mine had to have been a fluke, 'cause that honestly usually does not happen. It is not uncommon however for it to be a little tender for about a week. Those Tetnus shots are nasty!

Its because you just got shot

because it does

ahahhahahahaha
it's sooore duh =]

Because you missed church on easter and now god is mad.

Have you checked your blood pressure?I have angina and I have shoulder pain because of it.

Those shots always hurt. Thick medication it will be ok in a day or two.

Because you got a shot there?

because tetanus shots hurt and it makes your arm sore

because you just got a needle stuck into your arm and its spreading through your veins. you got a shot, it will be sore for a while. not a big deal

It could be you tensed up during the injection and the medication knotted up in the muscle. Massage the injection site and you should be good to go in a couple days.

Gangrene the arm is going to drop off.
Or perhaps its just bruising from the injection.

It's probably from the injection. Try putting a heat pad on it or try this.

Fill a gym sock up with dry cooking rice
Tie off the end
Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds
Check to make sure it's not too hot
Apply it for 10 mins.

You can use it over and over as long as the rice stays dry.

when you get a shot, it puts pressure on the veins (where they put it.) it's probably also because you got bit by a dog.... if there was blood when it bit you, then you probably have a bruise. the wound is trying to heal, so that's probably also why. Wait like 4-7 days and if it still hurts. go to the doctor. if you can't go within 4-7 days, go on your next check up. since you're on meds they should tell you to come in probably within the same month.

I'm not a doctor. but I'm pretty sure this is correct

-omg don't put heat on it!!!! it also probly hurts because it might be swolen!! the worst thing to do when somethings inflamed is to put heat on it. if anything, use ice!!!!
