im up at six! lol erm when you wake up seriously like jump outta bed and then your up! weeyheey!

Set the alarm

Leave your curtains or blinds open, and set alarms on the other side of the room

use an alarm clock thats far away so you gotta get out of bed to turn it off

Go to bed at a reasonable time, failling that keep a glass of water by your bed to throw over your face when ur alarm goes off, I can assure you that will work lol

Just get up when the alarm goes off. I find that after a while your body clock will become accustomed to the time and you will wake up naturally!

get someone to come in and steal your blankets/duvet you'll be out of bed in no time if its cold, though you may be done for manslaughter!
seriously, set your alarm for 6:30am, so when you wake up, it will feel like a "treat" that you stay in bed until 7am.

well it is hard i don,t think it,s the sleep it,s being bundled up in the warmth.......anyway don,t go to bed to late the later you go the more risk of getting up later(i got up at 5pm today LOL) also drink water but not alot this was a techuniqe used by indian tribes to get up early in the morning for battle,so ya try to have 1 cup at least before you go to bed! and try to go to bed at around 9pm-9:30pm!

right... this might sound strange. but i get up at 5.30am every morning and the best thing to wake me up is a good ole w***ank!

Drink a lot of water before bedtime, and you will surely wake up at the crack of dawn, bursting to go to the loo.

when yur up and still sleepy try making faces specially yur mouth or jump

keep the alarm at 4 am, then keep at snooze for every half n hour, you will get irritated so much that you will automatically get up, that too much early.

This actually starts by going to be by 10pm the night before, so that your body is adequately rested.

You might also try purchasing a system - I can't remember what it is called, but it wakes you up by gradually turning on your lights. You're not jarred out of bed by blasting music or an alarm that makes you want to kill something.

Edit - I like the Yorkie idea. Cats who want to be fed work, too.

I'm a morning person, but even so, when I have to get up with my hubby at 5 am - that's a bit much. Particularly since he's a night person, so I usually stay up with him, which means I just dont' get enough sleep.

Where do you live i will run in your bedroom blow the dixie horn grab your duvet and twist your toes, You will tell me to F*** off so then i will grab your ankles drag you downstairs and pour ice cubes down your pants. I think you would be up before i got there.

1] raise feet slighly above matress level
2] jerk legs forward hard
3] from sitting position leap on to cold floor
4] hold head under hard running tap of freezing cold water

If you do any or all of the above, you are raving mad.

Just don't blame me if you catch a frightful chill and die.

Set your alarm clock at 7 am. If that doesn't work, set the alarm clock of your mobile phone at 7 am. If even that doesn't work, hire someone to whack you at 7 am.

Sleep early.

best thing to do is set alarm for 5/10 mins before, then as they said, LEAP outta bed, don't think bout it, you'll def b up!
