OUCH!! My hip has been sore - could this be due to my back being out?!
Question: For the past couple months i've noticed my right hip has been sore and it has progressively gotten worse - it feels really deep - not really the actual joint, but the bone? I'm not in terrible pain, but it is sore - enough to really annoy me and sometimes hurts to walk and to lay on the side while sleeping. When I press down on that area - it is very hard to pin-point exactly where it hurts - but when I rub hard around the bone - that is were it feels the most tender. My b/f thinks it is because my hips are "out of alignment" or because I might have hurt my back somehow. My lower back does hurt sometimes and when I move a certain way or bend over - i get almost shooting pains (not real bad, but it does hurt!) and my lower back is and always has been very tender if you press hard on it. I am very worried it is something more serious and would be thrilled if it were only a back problem and not internal or bone-related as reading about bone cancer, arthritis scares me! Anyone know?

i thought i pulled my hip out of place and it was my siatic (sp?) nerve in my back.
