I hurt my right foot what should I do for the pain?!
Question: I was waring a pair of green crocs and I stepped off the side walk and did not see a rock was there. I stepped on the rock really hard and now the bottom of my top of my foot is aching really bad. I am limping on my foot to cause it hurts. Do you all think I bruised my foot or have a hair line fracture? My foot was aching all night and is still aching. I did this to my foot yesterday!

just try some antiinflamatory otc pain meds you sound like you bruised the heck outta some soft tissue
