My leg is really sore?!
Question: my leg has been sore for about a week, i have no idea what i did but it randomly starts to hurt so much that standing and walking is really difficult. any ideas on what this can be. it is the upper part of my leg.

You did not note what part of the upper leg is causing the trouble
If it is on the upper outside right where the pants pocket is get an ACE 3" bandage and wrap it around the leg up as high on the leg as possible.
You will have to stand and spread your legs to get it this high
Then--
Get a piece of 1" wide duck tape about 12" long and finish the end of the ACE bandage to make sure it does not come apart
I have had this problem and this is my fix.
