What is this PAIN in my lower back when I breathe in???!

Question: I am having a sharp/shooting pain in my lower back, and it especially hurts when I breathe in deeply.. But when I breathe in normal it doesn't hurt. I don't think it is a pinched nerve, b/c one of the symptoms for that is numbness, and it is not numb... So i don't exactly know what it is. The pain is in my lower left side of my back but I cannot exactly pin point the exact location... PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!! ouch =(

Muscle strain. Have you done any physical exercise or work lateley? To help this lie on your back, push your belly button into the ground (figuratively speaking), raise both your knees to your chest and push the small of your back into the floor. THis will help stretch your back. If it persists, i suggest the doctor

It may be muscular back ache. It's rarely serious, but if it's chronic it may be myositis.
