Shisha is a flavoured tobacco; the stuff that you smoked may be worse for you than normal cigarettes, but it might not - it depends on the mix of ingredients. And of course it's not filtered, which many cigarettes are.
Also, I've heard that many people don't really inhale shisha, but keep the smoke in their mouth for the taste. In which case it's probably not as bad for you as smoking a cigarette. It's still probably harmful though, if done regularly.

cigarettes are the worst, then tobacco. and then weed

Mmmmm...I suggest a little more research before indulgence?

What would you think if you question read.....

Slight para-phrase...............

"i have just got back from my holiday and there was a lot of CRACK smoking there. i did some and enjoyed it but i was told by some that it is tobacco and much worse than smoking cigs. i was just wondering if anyone can tell me what is actually in it and how bad it is, am just interested!"

So you smoked something without knowing what it was?

Well.......?

Excuses on my desk by 9am tomorrow!

Is it not all bad ?

I believe its a sort of sweetened or flavoured tobacco that varies with the country & I'm guessing that its a lot worse for you than cigarettes because there is no filter to reduce the amount of tar & nicotine you inhale. There is loads of info on Wikipedia under "Hookah" if you want to read up on it.

Is it good to smoke? I'm going to egypt later this year & I've heard about the shisha cafe's there.
