This carpal tunnel syndrome or what?!


Question: Tingling sensation on contact in little and ring finger.
Mild to moderate pain in wrist which developed into exrusating pain in forearm at night lasting about two weeks.Not had any severe pain for a while however, every day both fingers lock and I am unable to move them unless I use my other hand to do so.Went to Doctors twice when pain was moderate which was about six months ago, he prescribed anti imfalmatries both times.

No. Not carpal tunnel. You have cubital tunnel, which affects the outer 2 fingers. The treatment is still generally the same and most docs don't differentiate.

I'd suggest going back to get an EMG and getting it surgically taken care of.

Sounds like it I got the same pain! I can't sleep on the left side.It hurts too much and it falls asleep when I'm not on it!I have had this pain for 1 month.Its the left arm and all fingers! Your not alone! They say its from too much on the computer but that don't slow me down!

I have it and it's very painful when it flares up. I can usually take some aspirin and it will go away for a few days or months but sometimes it want. I chose not to have surgery right now.
