Yes! You can definitely feel that way. Last September, my girlfriend and I went on a trip to New York, for a fun girls vacation. She wanted to save money, so she came up with this idea that we would take the redeye. (our flight is about 5 hours long) So, we left San Diego at midnight. I should have known better, since I know I cannot sleep anywhere other than in a bed, that this was a bad idea. I did not sleep one wink, and was horribly uncomfortable the whole flight trying to curl up in a ball! Needless to say, when we got to JFK, we were standing in line to get our luggage, and I really thought I was going to pass out or vomit! I have not felt that bad in years, all from lack of sleep. I am even addicted to coffee, and I couldn't even bring myself to drink some I was so sick. Thank goodness taking a power nap in our hotel room was all I needed to recharge....

Yes you will feel kind of like a hang over light headed and at first you are going to want to vomit your first meal but its all because you did not sleep as usual.
