Tattoo on my birthday...?!
Question: I'm getting a tattoo. My first. It's somewhat of a tradition in my family to get one when you turn seventeen. Although I'm excited, since I've been waiting for a while, I'm also nervous and I want to know what to expect. Really. No sugar coating, please. Any words of advice? Suggestions pre-tattoo and after?

Well i have 6 tatts and i have to say it depends on where you get it. I have one on the top of my foot which hurt fairly bad. I have one on my lower back which i must say hurt like hell, it was the worse one. It also depends on your pain threshold, are you a wuss? Good luck, make sure you get one you wont mind looking at forever :)
It honestly depends on where you get your tattoo. Places that are very boney (such as your ankle) hurt like HELL. I have 5 tattoos and once the outline is done the coloring is a breeze!
