Drink a glass of milk.!!!

I'll assume the bullies are at school. Firstly you need to tell someone about this, your parent, guidance teacher or another teacher you trust so that they can help you deal with the bullying.

Secondly it would be useful to learn some relaxation techniques. One of the simplest is to start at your feet, tense the muscles and then relax them, now move onto your ankles and so on up your body. For a change you can start at the head and work down. Try putting on a soothing CD and concentrate your thoughts on tensing and relaxing those muscles rather than anything else.

in all seriousness join a boxing gym, i ******* guarentee you it will get rid of your stress and improve your fitness, confidence and happiness, a boxing gym does not tolerate bullies, fighters are discliplined. And dont fear, you do not have to get in the ring if you do not want to, you can get fit and learn how to fight and that will be the ONLY way a bully will ever leave you alone, if they know you can throw punches they won't go near you. You'll improve in all areas, discipline, coordination, ability to think fast, motor skills, athleticsism, determintation, work ethic. Trust me on this one.

Try some 5htp. It will help you to sleep and improve the quality of that sleep. Take 50-100mg at bedtime with a carbo snack or some milk. It's safe and non-addictive. It will also help to relieve your anxiety.

Rhodiola Rosea (Siberian Golden Root) helps the body to cope with, and recover from, stress.

Both 5htp and Rhodiola Rosea are fine to take if you're a young person - they're both safe and have no side effects.

You really need to address the problem of the bullying as well. Isn't there somebody that you can talk to about it? If you're in school then they should sort the problem out - they have a responsibility to do so. I was bullied in school so I know how terrible it can be.

I hope you manage to resolve your problems soon.
