Stomach pain really bad?!?!?!?!
Question: okay i have a reallllly bad tomach pain on the right side of my stomach (lower) it started last night at about 9:30 and i was screaming because it hurt so bad, my mom almost called the ambulance. this morning it was a little better but still hurts very badly. i really wanted to go to school because i don't like missing it but my mom wouldn't let me. i'm 14. ANY IDEAS WHAT THIS COULD BE BEFORE I GO TO THE DOC?!?!?!?!

If you have right lower sided abdominal pain you have to be careful, it might be your appendix. A lot of times, appendix pain begins around your belly button then later moves to the lower right hand side of your abdomen. Usually, BUT NOT ALWAYS you will have nausea, vomiting, fevers, and you wont really feel like eating anything. You would have to get to the doctor quickly because if your appendix perforates (tears open) you can be in serious trouble and develop a systemic infection that can in fact kill you. One way to test for peritonitis (when the infection is not just limited to the appendix itself but it is begining to spread) is if you press where it hurts and let it go very quickly it hurts more when you release it than when you actually press down.
Abdominal pain can be caused by MANY things like gas, appendicitis, constipation, gall stones, etc... If your pain is better now without any pain killers it might be nothing. But if its the same or gets worse, you need to be careful. Either way, PLEASE go get it checked out!
you need to go to the ER. It could be just gas which would be relieved after taking something OTC like Maalox.. But it could also be your appendix. It is better to be safe than sorry.

This sounds a LOT like appendicitis.
It can come on quickly and causes symptoms just like what you are describing.
For god sake call an ambulance NOW and get to the ER/casualty.
Your appendix probably has burst, or its an ulcer. Go to the doctor ASAP.
