Question about waking up.?!

Question: Normally when i wake up it takes me a few minutes laying in bed to actually get out. Well sometimes when i am running late, i jump out of the bed really fast. Immediatley, my heart starts beating really fast and i feel dizzy and almost like i'm going to pass out. I have done this for a while. & its only when i wake up fast? is this normal? why do i feel this way?

Check your blood pressure. If you consistently have low blood pressure, you may be more prone to this than others. It's best to have someone take your blood pressure first thing in the morning before you get up and then test the difference once you're standing and have moved around a bit, but if you can't do that, try getting it checked around the same time each day for a few days in a row and make sure you're as relaxed as possible when you check it. If you're consistently below 90/60 you should talk to your doctor.

Could be that you're just getting up too quickly and a little bit prone to vertigo too, which is absolutely normal and nothing to worry about.

dont worry it happens to alot of people even me so dont worry its just when you get up so fast your brain dosent know how to react yet do dony worry!

Yes because when your layings down all your blood&ect settle down and when you jump up real fast everything rushes and makes you become dizzy. The same thing happens too me. Its nothing too worry about. Its common with everybody.

Hope this helped you :]]

if you jump up really fast when your body was sitting or laying down resting before, the blood in your body can't rush up to your brain because you jumped up so fast.
