Please Help i got a red eye from gettingg hit!!!?!

Question: when i got hit on my eye really hard by a guy in my kickboxing class it didnt really turn red but some of the bood vessels in my eye did anything that can help me

it'll go away on its own but will look ugly for awhile, kind spooky. but if you start having fuzzy vision, or see "floaters" in that eye, go to the doc, your retina could be detached.
