How do I Cure a headache without using medication??!

I take a cold cloth and put it on the back of my neck
I go into a quiet room, sit comfortably and relax!! Some caffeine usually helps some so I will sip some nice hot tea. Now usually that will get rid of the head ache after about 20 minutes of relaxing. If not then I resort to medications.
Rest, relaxation, and hydration will cure most headaches. When those do not work because it is sinus related or I do not have enough time...Aspirin.
If the headache is mild then a small amount of peppermint oil (and I mean a small amount) rubbed on the temples and a nice soothing cup of chamomile tea.
If it's a stronger one then there is a block you can buy called 4head. It is medication free and you rub it on your forehead.
