Woke up with this for the past week?!

Question: I'm woken up by a really bad pain in my elbow, my arm is tingling badly, and I can't feel my hand. could it be just a simple loss of circulation? I'm wondering because why would it happen repeatedly?

I have been learning about this in one of my classes!!!
It could be pinched nerves. do you carry heavy stuff on that side? are your muscles tight? do you do alot of repetitive movement with this arm? all these things can lead to nerve impingement in the elbow which will cause these symptoms of pain, tingling and numbness.
I suggest seeing a Doctor to have it fully evaluated. Also a physical therapist could identify the cause and treatment.
early intervention is key.

You may have been sleeping on it diffrently.
If it keeps happening, see a doctor.

It could be a pinched nerve.
It could be a heart-attack, whether it's the left arm or the right, whether you are a young person or an older person.
You should get it checked out immediately.

Sounds like ulnar nerve entrapment, you should get it checked out by your Dr. If it is that you can get atrophy in you forearm and hand and it starts deteriorating rapidly. I just had surgery for that last year. Besides any time you have radiating pain or numbness on the left side or left arm you need to get check out for possible heart problems.
I don't think simple loss of circulation would be so consistent in an isolated area unless you had an injury.
