Why does my body ache?!

Question: My whole body has been aching. I am no sick. Other than that I feel fine, I just feel really sore. What can I do to get better fast? Im an athlete and have a game tomorrow, and want to be better

Try to take some advil and go to sleep. Since you're an athlete you may want to calm down a bit, thats probably whats causing you pain. Just try to get comfortable and go to bed.

trake rest and if its not helpin see a physio and take pain killers and drink lots of water
