Migraine medication?!

Question: just went to the doctors for migraine and they gave me a shot of something called 'tortol' or something like that. has anyone ever heard of this?

and how long after the shot can you consume alcohol?

You probably just recieved a shot of something called 'toradol'. Look on webmd.com for more information including side effects and so forth. I have had this before and it was only mildly effective for migraine pain. I would not be drinking alcohol so soon anyway after a migraine bad enough to seek medical intervention. Good luck!

My mom used to get that years ago. I wouldn't think of consuming alcohol for at least 24 hours. But if you have a migraine; you wouldn't want to anyways.
