My right foot is hurting me so bad. Whats wrong with it?!
Question: I am constantly on my feet and walk all day long. I nurse for 12 hours a day around 4 days a week. Now my heel is hurting me and the instep hurts like crazy. What could it be?

It could be a few things but it sounds like tenosynovitis which is inflammation of the sheath around the tendons in the foot. I had it once. Best thing for it is rest, ice and antiinflammatories. It is also possible you could have a stress fracture. If it gets worse or doesn't improve you probably need an x-ray.
it could be hurting from walking around a lot but i think you should go see a doctor if it continues to hurt.
