How do you prevent a hangover?!

Question: Don't listen to all those idiots... You can reduce the bad effects of a hang over if you drink plenty of water before and after you drink alcohol.

Something that also helps is taking a dose of peptobismol right before drinking alcohol. This will cover the stomach walls and avoid alcohol from going to the blood stream.

Don't Drink and Drive. and Drink responsibly - Have a good time! =)

Eat a decent meal before you drink. Drink plenty of water while you're enjoying yourself. And try not to overdo it.

you can't. however if you drink more expensive liquor, then your hangover won't be as bad. (it's because it's more refined and has less of the chemicals in it.)

You can't really...I mean, one way is to definitely eat before you drink, but the best is to DRINK RESPONSIBLY!!!!!

One trick is to make sure that you have plenty of water to drink before hand, and get rest before you go out drinking. Also take a couple of multi vitamins, as alcohol can rob your body of nutrients and it dehydrates you. Also, after you finish drinking alcohol, drink some more water.
Do not mix dark alcohol with light alcohol, stick to one type of drink.
Beer before Liquor, Never Sicker
Liquor before beer, never fear.
Unless you are used to drinking it, STAY AWAY from white wine and cheap champagne (sparkling wine).

well, it's kind of obvious to say don't drink....but if you're already drunk, stop drinking now and switch to water....you know alcohol makes you dehydrated and the headache you get in the morning is because you are dehydrated, drinking water before going to bed, will help prevent the headache, but you may still feel like throwing up, and well that's what you get for drinking...!

Don't get drunk. Use the booze in moderation.
